Support multiple events without operational friction

At Holded, internal events do not adhere to a single format. Throughout the year, the following are organised:

  • Corporate events such as the summer event or the Christmas party

The challenge for Dolores, as Office Manager, was to support all these events without becoming a bottleneck: managing requests, coordinating suppliers, maintaining visibility, and ensuring a good experience, all without increasing the operational burden.

The solution

A unique system for all internal events

Holded uses Meetreal as the central platform for organizing all its internal events. When a team needs to organize an event, Dolores creates the event in Meetreal and manages the entire process from there: format, proposals, suppliers, and execution.

This model allows:

  • To respond quickly to the needs of each team

  • To reuse a proven system for different types of events

  • To organize larger scale events, such as the summer event or the Christmas party, with the same operational logic
