Support multiple events without operational friction

At Holded, internal events do not adhere to a single format. Throughout the year, the following are organised:

Events driven by specific teams

Corporate events such as the summer event or the Christmas party

The challenge for Dolores, as Office Manager, was to support all these events without becoming a bottleneck: managing requests, coordinating suppliers, maintaining visibility, and ensuring a good experience, all without increasing the operational burden.

The solution

A unique system for all internal events

Holded uses Meetreal as the central platform for organizing all its internal events. When a team needs to organize an event, Dolores creates the event in Meetreal and manages the entire process from there: format, proposals, suppliers, and execution.

This model allows:

To respond quickly to the needs of each team
To maintain control and visibility from a single place
To reuse a proven system for different types of events
To organize larger scale events, such as the summer event or the Christmas party, with the same operational logic

Meetreal acts as an extension of the Office Manager role, facilitating both small events and corporate celebrations.
